Legacy Archive Policy

Legacy sections from earlier website iterations are preserved in the repository for provenance and rollback, but they are excluded from active navigation, search surfaces, and indexing.

If a legacy page is needed for reference or restoration, it can be re-enabled in a controlled pull request.
